paris.wswa.world →A French non-profit building the first world registry dedicated to daily walking streaks: 3.2 km per day — about 35 minutes of walking — for health, consistency and progress.
Whatever your age, fitness level or current condition, daily walking is one of the easiest habits to install for long-term movement.
You run, swim or cycle and want to add daily walking as a complementary habit, with an official registry to validate your consistency.
No running, no impact. Just 35 minutes of walking at your own pace every day. WSWA certifies your consistency, not raw performance.
You never did sports or stopped long ago. 3.2 km per day is a simple, measurable and accessible starting point to bring movement back into your life.
With family, friends or coworkers: walk together, track progress in the World Registry and celebrate each milestone.
Why the 3.2 km/day threshold, and how it aligns with WHO guidance.
Read Science & references →One daily objective: validate your walk within the WSWA framework.
Each outing counts on its own: no adding up short walks below the threshold — several 3.2 km+ outings the same day are summed.
Calendar day in Europe/Paris time (platform reference). No exception.
Travel, weather, life: the rule does not change — one missed day ends the streak. Your health always comes first, and you can start fresh whenever you're ready.
Example: 3.2 km in the morning + 7.5 km in the evening = 10.7 km counted, 1 single streak day. Two 2 km walks, on the other hand, don't validate the day: each outing must reach 3.2 km on its own.

Daily streak or at your own pace (walker mode). 3.2 km minimum per outing.
Streakers: official certifications Bronze → Legend. Walkers: badges, cumulative km, Footprints and rankings.
🤝 Honor-based validation — like runeveryday.com since 2000.
You can walk without a mandatory streak while keeping a simple framework to move more consistently.
Walker Mode lets you progress at your own pace: you accumulate kilometers, badges and Footprints even if you do not validate every day. WSWA remains an official framework to track long-term progress.
Beyond certifications: dozens of badges (distance, habits, seasonal...) and Footprints for community progression, with or without an active streak.
