The 3 WSWA Rings
Three daily metrics, three rings. Each one tells you something about your walking practice.
Streak Ring (Orange)
"3.2 km. Every day. No exceptions."
This ring closes as soon as one of your outings reaches at least 3.2 km. It is the foundation of the WSWA streak system: short walks can't be added together, but several qualifying outings the same day still count toward your daily total.
Volume Ring (Navy)
"Your personal goal, calculated from your 7-day rolling average."
The volume target adapts to your actual practice. If your average over the last 7 days is 6.2 km, that becomes your target for today. If you have less than 7 days of history, the default target is 5.0 km.
Regularity Ring (Gold)
"The Perfect Day. Only closes if both other rings are closed."
Closing all three rings in a single day is a Perfect Day. It means you not only maintained your streak, but also exceeded your personal volume target. If you do it for 7 consecutive days, you earn the Perfect Week badge.
📌 One activity per day
Only one activity counts per day: the first one validated via Strava or on your honor that meets the 3.2 km minimum. Multiple outings on the same day cannot be combined.
