1. Introduction
WSWA is committed to protecting members' and visitors' privacy. This policy explains what data is processed, why and under which rights.
2. Data collected
- Account data: name elements, email, hashed password, username, country, birth date bracket, timestamped consents.
- Usage data: daily declarations, streak dates/duration, certifications, technical logs.
- Optional Strava data: athlete id, activity type, distance, date/time.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe; WSWA stores only technical Stripe identifiers.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Processing is based on contract execution, legal obligations, legitimate interest, or consent depending on purpose.
4. Public vs private data
Public registry may include profile identifier, country, age bracket, streak data and achievements. Sensitive account data (email, password, payment details, raw GPS routes) is not publicly displayed.
5. Retention periods
Retention depends on data type (membership lifecycle, legal accounting constraints, technical logs duration).
6. Data recipients
Data may be processed by technical providers used by WSWA (hosting, database, DNS/proxy, payment, transactional email, optional Strava integration) under GDPR-compliant safeguards.
